Sales Executive with experience in Rental Business (Heavy Equipment/Machinery) 1. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other opportunities. 2. Achieve set targets and goals for sales, payment collection, business development, etc. 3. Responsible for payment collection and follow-up for timely payment collection as per payment terms. 4. Coordinate with clients and different departments to arrange maintenance and repair of breakdown machines. 5. Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current customer requirements; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. 6. Prepare sales reports and forward to the concerned. 7. Update internal operation procedures and documents as needed. 8. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. 9. Protect organizational value by keeping selected company information confidential. 10. Great time management and communication skills are required for this position. 11. Follow any other instructions as defined by the management.
