About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech savvy Performance Manager, who can help our Canadian Automotive clients onboard to our software products and help clients address any of their questions/concerns while using our tech, through the use of Video and Phone calls
What you will do at :
Work with our Dealer partners to continue their growth and success with our suite of products
Prepare and present monthly results and recommend strategies for performance improvement
Introduce clients to additional and new AVA products; working through the process from introduction to implementation to adoption
Maintain client relationships and assist clients with generating success across our products and services
Maintain and update all activities within the CRM
Connect with Dealer contacts with the goal of scheduling meetings, training sessions, and or product You will be interacting with business owners and managers throughout the automotive
Assist with ticket management and be able to multitask
Respond to incoming inquiries in a consultative manner
Create and foster relationships with new clients to help increase client retention and generate sales growth
Continually hit or exceed targets/KPI s
Act as an industry expert for our clients, advising them on best practices and how to best leverage their performance
Act as the voice of the client, compiling their feedback and advocating on their behalf for product improvements
Ensure issues are resolved quickly and escalating to resources from across the company as needed
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties
What qualities are we looking for:
1-2 Years of automotive experience, specifically sales processes, systems & internal operations is a must
Proven track record of success in a high growth customer facing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-2 Years of automotive experience, specifically sales processes, systems & internal operations is a strong asset
Minimum 2 years experience in either inside sales, account management, customer success, or SaaS is an asset
Ability to effectively and proactively respond to customer requests
Understanding of the GAP sales process
Timely follow through, consistency, and a getting things done attitude
Strong negotiation skills and positive attitude

$50,000 base + bonuses
