As part of our commitment to developing local talent and supporting Emiratisation initiatives in the UAE we are looking for ambitious motivated and passionate Emirati talents to join our Stores in UAE.

This opportunity is designed to provide professional exposure learning and development opportunities and long-term career growth within an international retail and corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations and projects within the assigned department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business.
Assist in preparing reports presentations and operational tasks.
Participate in internal meetings workshops and business initiatives.
Contribute with ideas problem-solving and process improvements.
Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication skills.
Learn and develop knowledge within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements

Currently studying at university recently graduated or taking a gap year while seeking professional experience.

Previous experience in retail hospitality events customer service or sales is considered an advantage; however a strong attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Fluent in English; additional languages are highly valued within our international retail environment.

Passion for fashion luxury retail and premium customer experience.

Ability to balance academic or personal commitments with a flexible retail schedule.

Availability to work flexible shifts based on business needs including weekends and peak retail periods.

Required Skills:

Previous experience in retail hospitality customer service sales events or other customer-facing environments is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. Passion for fashion luxury retail and customer experience. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexible availability based on business and academic schedules.

Required Education:

Currently enrolled in university recently graduated or taking a gap year while seeking professional school diploma or equivalent qualification is in Business Fashion Marketing Hospitality Retail Communications or related fields are considered an advantage.
