About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Vice President Master Planning to lead large-scale master planning initiatives within a leading real estate development environment. The role involves driving the planning and design of integrated communities ensuring alignment with business objectives sustainability goals and market demands while delivering world-class developments.

Key Responsibilities

Master Planning Strategy & LeadershipLead the development of master plans for large-scale residential commercial and mixed-use long-term planning strategies aligned with organizational goals and market innovation sustainability and smart city initiatives in master planning standards guidelines and best & Planning Oversight Oversee concept design land use planning zoning and infrastructure alignment of master plans with architectural engineering and environmental and approve planning submissions layouts and design optimal utilization of land and & Authority ManagementLiaise with government authorities regulatory bodies and key compliance with local planning regulations and approval with internal teams consultants and the organization in high-level meetings and planning Development & ExecutionSupport feasibility studies project positioning and development master planning with project timelines budgets and commercial strategic input during project execution seamless integration of infrastructure and & Commercial OversightContribute to financial planning budgeting and cost optimization the commercial viability of master planning investment decisions and business case planning-related costs and ensure value optimization. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a multidisciplinary planning and design performance objectives and drive high-performance external consultants and planning innovation collaboration and continuous & GovernanceProvide strategic reports and updates to executive key performance indicators and project governance compliance and risk management in planning continuous improvement in planning methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Architecture Civil Engineering or a related degree in Urban Planning or a related discipline is highly preferred.15 years of experience in master planning and real estate track record of leading large-scale mixed-use or urban development knowledge of regional planning regulations and international best practices.
