Senior Project Engineer Fitout

• Responsible for the entire project management plan including scope procurement production design communication project human
  
• resources cost time risk close out etc.
  
• To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job and hand over the projects within specified
  
• timeframes in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet
  
• customers satisfaction and maintain continuity of the business.
  
• Examine drawings assess the material requirements approve and submit the material requisition accurately to facilitate purchase of
  
• appropriate quantities of materials.
  
• Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients contractors and suppliers.
  
• Manage and follow up the enquiries and quoting process and verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from various vendors.
  
• Monitor and do the necessary follow up to ensure the earliest approval of the submittal.
  
• Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops attending meetings with projects officialss contractors and suppliers.
  
• Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
  
• Direct the planning department for production and installation program.
  
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all clients specifications and adherence to the quality health
  
• and safety regulations on all assigned sites.
  
• Operate control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
  
• Coordination between clients site sub-contractors and suppliers. Negotiation of prices with sub-contractors suppliers and various project
  
• stakeholders.
  
• Scrutinising the invoices received from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.
