ملخص الوظيفة
- Responsible for the entire project management plan including scope procurement production design communication project human
- resources cost time risk close out etc.
- To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job and hand over the projects within specified
- timeframes in an organized and cost effective manner in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet
- customers satisfaction and maintain continuity of the business.
- Examine drawings assess the material requirements approve and submit the material requisition accurately to facilitate purchase of
- appropriate quantities of materials.
- Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients contractors and suppliers.
- Manage and follow up the enquiries and quoting process and verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from various vendors.
- Monitor and do the necessary follow up to ensure the earliest approval of the submittal.
- Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops attending meetings with projects officialss contractors and suppliers.
- Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
- Direct the planning department for production and installation program.
- Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all clients specifications and adherence to the quality health
- and safety regulations on all assigned sites.
- Operate control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
- Coordination between clients site sub-contractors and suppliers. Negotiation of prices with sub-contractors suppliers and various project
- stakeholders.
- Scrutinising the invoices received from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture Interior Design or Engineering. 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong UAE experience with consultant-led fast-track projects. Proven experience in high-end commercial hospitality retail or residential fit-out.
