Develop detailed drawings for custom furniture wardrobes kitchens vanities reception counters wall paneling doors partitions and other joinery items.
Review architectural and interior design drawings to produce accurate manufacturing drawings.
Prepare detailed sections elevations plans and fabrication details.
Coordinate with designers project managers production teams and site engineers to resolve technical issues.
Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with client requirements and approved material specifications.
Coordinate with procurement teams regarding hardware accessories and material requirements.
Revise drawings based on consultant comments design changes and site conditions.
Prepare cutting lists material schedules and hardware schedules for production.
Coordinate with CNC programming and factory production teams when required.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and resolve installation issues.
Maintain drawing registers and ensure all revisions are properly documented.
Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings where required.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Interior Design Furniture Design Drafting or a related field.
Minimum 47 years of experience as a Joinery Draughtsman in interior fit-out or joinery manufacturing.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
