About your role:

We are looking for anexperienced energetic and highly capable Senior Project Managerto serve strategic clients across the Middle East and Africa region. The role is based inDubaiand may require periodic travel within the UAE based onprogrammeneeds.

This role is suited to asenior delivery professional (1520 years experience)who canoperateconfidently in complex regulated payment environments and manage large multistreamprogrammesendtoend.

What youll do

• Project Delivery & Governance - Manage multiple concurrentBAU change and transformationprogrammeswith varied scope and complexity. Own the fulldelivery lifecyclefrom initiation through card issuing data migrationprogrammes including migration strategy rehearsals cutovers and rollback planning.
• Drive adoption ofAIenabled delivery approaches such as - Automated status reporting and dashboards. Predictive risk and dependency analysis. Datadriven milestone and capacity planning.
• Client Engagement- Act as theprimary delivery interfacefor assigned governance forums working sessions and executive status insightsto strengthen client communications forecasting and manage escalations andmaintaintrusted seniorlevel relationships.
• CrossFunctional Coordination- Orchestrate delivery across global onshore and offshore effectively acrossProduct Technology Architecture Operations Compliance and withpayment schemes (Visa Mastercard) thirdparty vendors and regulators consistent use ofautomation and AI toolingacross delivery teams to reduce manual effort.
• Risk Issue & Change Management- Proactivelyidentifyand manage delivery regulatory operational and migrationspecific risk identification and trend CRs and client expectations through strong compliance withFiserv standards and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Financial & Commercial Accountability- Track budgets resourceutilisation and commercial and AIdriven analysisto improve forecasting accuracy and cost development effort estimation and contract with sales and commercial teams asrequired.

Experience you need to have:

• 1520 years of experiencein project orprogrammemanagement within payments card processing or financial services deliverytrack recordincredit card issuing and largescale data migrationprogrammes.
• Practical experience usingAI and automation to streamline delivery governance and reporting not just assistive tooling.
• Experience working withregulated clientsin the Middle East and/or Africa.
• Strong understanding ofcard issuing platforms data flows and migration risks.
