Tasks

Coordinate and oversee Oracle Apex implementation projects ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of software development projects.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain project quality and delivery schedules.
Foster a culture of challenge and commitment within the project team encouraging continuous improvement and adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in PMP certification and Oracle Apex implementations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment while maintaining commitment to project goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
