Remote World is partnering with a UK talent marketplace matching vetted remote tech talent with fast-growing companies a UK-based employer to hire for this role. Theyve placed over 2000 engineers and product managers in remote roles at companies across the UK US and Europe and theyre scaling the talent acquisition team.

The role

Youll source screen and manage candidates through the early stages of the hiring process for roles across the talent marketplace. Working with senior recruiters youll run Boolean and LinkedIn searches conduct initial video screens manage candidate pipelines in the ATS and keep candidates engaged through the process.

What youll do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and job boards
• Conduct structured 30-minute video screens against role criteria
• Manage candidate records and status updates in Greenhouse
• Send timely clear communications to candidates at each stage
• Report on pipeline metrics applicants screens advances weekly

What youll need

• Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable conducting video interview screens
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Organised and reliable in candidate communication and ATS hygiene
• Good async written communication

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in tech (engineering product design)
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or Lever ATS
