Role: Regional Director GCC (Business Head) - AI Fintech
Location: Dubai UAE
We are partnering with a Fintech client who is seeking a dynamic Regional Director to lead and expand its business across the GCC region. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth managing client relationships and overseeing regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business operations and regional strategy across GCC markets
Drive market expansion and client engagement in partnership with local and global teams
Build and maintain senior relationships with banks regulators and enterprise clients
Oversee execution and successful delivery of large-scale software roll-outs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
Requirements
15 years of experience ideally in enterprise software financial services or fintech
Strong background in enterprise sales or business development with progression into broader leadership roles
Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and navigating large organizations
Experience overseeing multi-market software delivery and post-sales engagement
Exposure to P&L or regional business ownership is an advantage
Deep understanding of the GCC market especially within banking or financial services
