Dr Job Testing, a leading software development company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) professional to join our dynamic team. As an HR specialist at Dr Job Testing, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review.
- Organize and facilitate training programs for employee development.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Candidate Preferences:

- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
