We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our software development business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads strengthen brand presence and promote our software solutions across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads)
- Manage and optimize SEO & SEM activities to improve search rankings and website traffic
- Create and publish engaging content (blogs case studies landing pages email campaigns)
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram etc.) to enhance brand visibility
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console etc.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL CTR conversion rate and ROI
- Coordinate with the sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings
- Stay updated with industry trends competitor strategies and new digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business IT or a related field
- 14 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT/software industry)
- Hands on experience in Paid ads (Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads)
- Hands-on experience in SEO tools (SEMrush Ahrefs or similar)
- Hands-on experience in Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp HubSpot etc.)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skill

- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page design
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
