Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations handling documentation and tracking project timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with clients ensuring consistent follow-up and a high-end customer experience.
- Coordinate internally with logistics procurement and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Manage and update customer and project data accurately within CRM and ERP systems.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide efficient solutions with a service-first approach.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
- Uphold the company s premium brand standards through every client interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role preferably in the sanitary ware tiles or luxury construction materials industry.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in CRM ERP software and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Experience dealing with high-end clients or consultants is an added advantage.
