Role Overview:

• Generate new meetings with potential clients across various industries
• Be a top classambassador for TLC often being the first point of contact
• Contribute significantly to TLCs growth plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach to prospective clients using phone email and social media
• Conduct basic research on target sectors and companies
• Utilize CRM system for timely and relevant client communication
• Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence
• Articulate TLCs solutions for customer acquisition retention and loyalty
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with our BD team
• Address initial client concerns and objections
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of telemarketing or sales experience
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Clientfocused mindset with high emotional intelligence
• Confidence bounce back abilityand selfmotivated
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Loyalty/Rewards/SaaS/Media sales is desirable
