Process PO’s on SalesForce® and iFlight once received from Sales Account Manager
Progress report submission to clients in a proactive manner
Customer complaint follow-up
Linking of Incoming Customer Property with SalesForce® Quotations and/or Sales Account Manager
Periodic regional customer review
Conformance to global processes within the ERP system
Issuing of control orders for initial inspection and repair if required for Production Team Support
