Welding Supervisor

Responsibilities • Supervise and oversee welding operations to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently. • Provide guidance and training to welding personnel to maintain high quality standards. • Inspect workpieces and ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. • Coordinate with other departments to schedule projects and ensure timely completion. • Maintain accurate records of work activities, including materials used and time spent on projects. • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the welding area. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during welding processes. • Order and maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment. • Collaborate with engineering teams to review project plans and provide input on welding requirements. • Conduct performance evaluations of welding staff and provide feedback for improvement.
