- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage service operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Train mentor and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
- Manage staff schedules assignments and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations hygiene standards and alcohol service laws
- Monitor inventory levels place orders and control costs while maintaining product quality
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and timely food delivery
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for all food and beverage items
- Assist in menu planning pricing and special promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment for staff and guests
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4 years experience in food and beverage management culinary and related professional area.
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical business thinking required.
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) second language is an asset.
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense ever-changing environment.
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours.
- Must be computer literate and analytical.
- Enthusiastic and guest driven.
- Must be able to prioritize organize and be self-efficient.
- Able to perform under pressure.
