We are seeking a highly skilled Outlet Supervisor (Turkish Speaker - Butler) to join our luxury hospitality team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this unique role you will combine supervisory responsibilities with exceptional butler services ensuring our Turkish-speaking guests receive world-class experiences.

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
Provide personalized butler services to Turkish-speaking guests anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
Lead and mentor a team of staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Manage guest requests complaints and special arrangements with utmost professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness organization and presentation in all assigned areas
Implement and uphold company policies procedures and service standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes as needed
Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Serve as a cultural liaison for Turkish-speaking guests providing insights and recommendations

Qualifications :

Fluency in Turkish and English (bilingual) with excellent communication skills in both languages
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury hospitality industry
Demonstrated expertise in butler services and high-end customer care
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
In-depth knowledge of Turkish culture and customs
Proficiency in luxury hospitality standards and etiquette
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Professional butler certification (preferred)
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional service in high-pressure situations
Proven track record of building strong relationships with discerning clientele
