Technical Support Data Engineer
Currently, I am working as a Technical Support Data Engineer at TechnipFMC Kongsberg.
Support and handling of incoming Tasks and Incidents over the phone and follow-up in ServiceNow.
Collaborate with other teams of IT services, Data Center, Network infrastructure and update inventory database system (symphony database).
Maintaining the access right for users for shared files and folders, User login, Password reset, windows desktop and server operating systems, active directory, and incident management system.
Installing, Maintaining, and upgrading of server network equipment and its infrastructure.
Providing consultation to users on hardware and software related issues.
The tools used include ServiceNow, iSolve, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
Master Thesis Project Internship
Used different fully conventional neural networks application in seismic interpretation with a focus on fault imaging and learn and applied supervised deep learning.
Machine learning Algorithms (supervised and unsupervised) used such as SegNet and U-Net and applied a modified version of U-Net (Light U- Net) to carry out the master thesis research work.
Learn how to use the Machine learning Platform, EarthNet, the software provided by Earth Science Analytics AS.
Managed to build interdisciplinary knowledge and necessary skills in both Machine Learning and Geology.
Fault analysis/characterization in seismic includes investigate how frequency of minor faults changes around the major faults with respect to the inclines and depth.
The tools used include machine learning software EarthNet, Python, subsurface interpretation software Petrel and Excel, Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Data Science Intern
I have worked on a summer project with Equinor As.
Create an application that would i) display numerical data (dimensions of deep-water elements) in charts with regression lines and prediction intervals, ii) plot user-defined values on the displayed charts, and iii) output prediction values based on the regression and prediction intervals;
Create a web-based front-end that would house the application and include a front page and additional pages detailing the terminology and methods, and;
Calculate prediction intervals for the charts to be displayed, create the content of the front page and the ‘terminology and methods’ pages, and finally, to demonstrate how this web-based application can be implemented in exploration.
The end-product of the internship was supposed to be a ready-to use web-based solution with no additional development needed in the future.
The tools used include Visual Studio Code, python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, Reactjs, Equinor Design System – EDS, Recharts and Azure.
Research assistant in Data Science
Research project with University of Oslo at SIRIUS–Center for Scalable Data Access SIRIUS.
Used ontology method to build ontology platform for annotate geological images for example, Structural, Geological maps, Lithostratigraphic maps, Geological Cross sections and Velocity and Density maps.
