Analyzed Ab Initio graph, Unix scripts, custom routines, completing impact analysis and prepare alternate solution in Talend. Developed identical Talend jobs from scratch by understanding data and control flow present in existing Ab Initio graphs. Used tDBInput, tDBOutput components to extract and insert data from Oracle, MSSQL databases. Also tFileInputDelemited, tFileOutputDelimeted is used for source file data. Created parent and child job hierarchies by using tRunJob component as per the requirement. To implement reusability and reduce the complexity of code Joblet is used. Worked on various talend data transformation components such as tMap, tFilterRow, tAggregateRow, tSortRow etc. Involved in Talend job optimization and reduces batch run timing to meet SLA. Involved in creating Handover document consist of unit test results, known issues, memory requirement, Input-output file details.
