I am excited to apply for the posted position, where I can employee my rich experience in Monitoring, Evaluation,
Learning, and Information Management (MEL/IM) to contribute to achieve your organization's goals under these
aspects. With a solid academic foundation in Computer Science and over eight years of hands-on experience in this
field, I am confident in my ability to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance program outcomes.
I have 9 years of experience, including 7 years with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where I managed all MEL
aspects of economic and development programs focused on strengthening Household-Based Businesses (HBBs). I also
have 1 year of experience with the Middle East Children Institute (MECI) on education projects and am currently with
USAID Internews.
During my career path, I have successfully and proficiently handled tasks including Data Management (Data
requirement gathering, Data collection strategies, Data cleaning, DQC, Data analysis and interpretation, Infographic
Data visualization), donor reporting, progress implementation reporting, developing need assessments following with
need assessment reports, staff and partners orientations, staff capacity building, Commcare building systems,
ODK_ONA building forms, Power BI dashboard building, developing log-frame, TOC, developing M&E plan,
infographic presentations for reflection and feedback meetings.
My background in computer science equips me with a keen grasp of data and systems logic enhancing my attention to
detail, and organizational skills. Additionally, I have the ability to learn and develop my skills rapidly continuously due
to my flexibility to do any new tasks that may occur on spot and the motivation to achieve effectively tasks.
Now, I am enrolling in PMP course to leverage my skills in the professional of projects managements from all aspects.

Assist in designing and implementing M&E systems for tracking, verifying, and reporting program data.

Oversee all data management for the ERD program, including data entry, analysis, and ensuring accuracy of numerical and qualitative data, fixing problems and inaccuracies as needed.
Conduct regular visits to the ERD Program Offices at the Centers to provide continuous support and oversight on data collection.
Update the ERD database, follow up on the online application, and lead the transfer of data if the database software changes.
