Traffic Sign Recognition
This project focuses on Traffic Sign Recognition to enhance traffic-sign inventory management with minimal human effort. We used the German Traffic Sign Dataset and a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach to detect and recognize a large variety of traffic signs.🔹 Key Highlights:Collected and processed the German Traffic Sign Dataset for training and evaluation.Developed a CNN-based model to detect and classify traffic signs with high accuracy.Addressed intra-category variations to improve recognition across a wide range of signs.Achieved below 3% error rate, making the system suitable for real-world deployment.This project contributes to automating traffic-sign inventory management, reducing manual effort, and improving accuracy in traffic sign recognition.
