• Study project file and prepare the required analyses and breakdowns.
• Track the status of expenses, material purchase orders and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors and compare them to the budget.
• Generate projects monthly cost control reports according to OCI Standard Form.
• Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures.
• Assist in preparing the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims, NCRs and change orders.
• Attend periodic meetings with the project management team to discuss the issues related to cost report (as a minimum on monthly basis).
• Jointly Follow up the productivity team and issue the monthly report.
• Monitoring project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Performing commercial review for (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of service
agreements.
• Performing project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a
monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Ensuring effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system (ORACLE) to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Creation of Project Dashboard.
