As a Senior Application Developer, I have accumulated extensive experience in the development of Oracle-based ERP software, specifically MaxPro, tailored for the real estate leasing business.
I actively participated in the design and development of modules such as Leasing, Finance, HRMS, Utility & Eclectic Billing, and Maintenance.
This involved studying and analyzing customer business requirements, documenting and customizing the software to optimize business operations and adhere to best practices.
Successfully installed Oracle DB 8i with Arabic language settings (AR8MSWIN1256) and uploaded Arabic master data, enabling the development of an Arabic version of the Tenant Leasing, AR, and CM modules.
I have also contributed to Oracle database administration, including tuning, backup, and restore operations.
This involved managing user privileges, table space, and refreshing development and test instances with production data on a regular basis.
