Reviews applicable shop drawings and submittal data for compliance with construction documents and raise RFIs to project consultant in case of any discrepancy between IFC documents.
Review of material submittal and ensuring compliance with project specification.
Serves as discipline field interface with design team during construction.
Advises and assists Construction Project Managers, Supenntendents and subcontractors in the interpretation and clarification of construction documents.
Manage the design team and sub-consultant coordination process.
Ability to lead and present in meetings with clients.
Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion.
Motivates and challenges others to perform at their best.
Lead the project team to development and create outstanding architecture designs.
