Developed visualization that hilighted department wise Attrition,total employee ,Attrition by age group,Attriton by job role ,and Education field and department of the employee also Attrition rate.
Used Tableau to analyse Attrition rate by gender for different Age Group.
Identified that the Attriton rate are 16.2 percent and active employees are 1233 in which the average age of the employee are 37 years and the highe rate of the job satisfaction in the sales executive field.
Analyzed sales trends over time across different time periods (daily, weekly, monthly) to inform inventory and staffing decisions.
