Working closely with the Global Presales Director and other global senior stakeholders, understanding the full delivery of project including designing, planning, organising, leading team members, implementing and delivering Demo Dashboards to potential clients as well as providing support to Sales Support Department.
Working in a GRC (Governance, Risk Management, Compliance) space, supporting existing customer base with all of their Q&A using robust Dashboards and Insights in order to keep the existing contracts and winning new customers with the provision of new contracts for Revenue maximisation.
Identifying opportunities to automate processes and leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance productivity.

• Working closely with major stakeholders within the organisation (CEO, Managing Director, Finance Director, Heads of the departments etc.), maintaining relationship and managing their expectations to deliver high quality work.
• Getting involved in the greenfield project with implementation of Power BI Architecture, identity & security, environment provisioning and orchestrating tools to support development & deployment.
• Developing simple to advanced financial and enterprise reports & dashboards for key stakeholders using latest technologies e.g., Power BI, T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Azure Dev Ops & Azure Apps.
• Developing and deployment of cubes on SSAS Tabular, building star/snowflake schemas and writing Optimized DAX queries for specific datasets to consume and ingest in Power BI.
• Engaging in conversation with stakeholders to understand their requirements by paying attention to detail and proposing recommendations and solutions to their problems using wireframe techniques.
• Taking initiative to liaise with SMEs to speed up the development process to ensure the correct business rules are implemented in the development lifecycle.
• Building and maintaining feeds, data pipelines and SSIS packages and manipulating data using ETL/ELT techniques.
• Writing queries in SQL, T-SQL to fetch the data from Management Systems (Data Warehouse, DBMS, Dataflows, Datasets, CSV etc.) and ingest in Power BI.
• Checking data quality using Data Profiling and manipulating it using ETL techniques in Power Query to prepare the data and build data models using star or snowflake schema.
• Developing new reporting products using advanced techniques e.g., Power Query, M language, DAX, Slicers, Bookmark, Tooltip, Drillthrough and extending their functionality using plugins and Python scripts (if needed).
• Conducting in-depth analysis to present findings based on various analytical techniques (Financial Analysis, Time Series, Regression & Cluster Analysis, Data Mining, Predictive Modelling etc.)
• Preparing interlinking reports to deliver a story in order to present Business’s each Division and how they are performing over time periodically (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly etc.)
• Passing each report through rigorous Data Reconciliation and Testing process to ensure reports are presented with credible information.
• Presenting reports/dashboards to stakeholders with useful insights and engaging in conversation to answer questions and explore variables that may have an impact.
• Being a lead member of the team, helping team and business to implement best practices and aligning all reports to correlate with company’s branding as well as from UI/UX perspective for End User’s convenience.
• Optimizing reports to load faster with huge data using development techniques, built-in tools, Power BI Dataflow, Tabular Editor or DAX Studio for a better user experience.
• Implementing RLS (row level security) on multiple reports to cater internal users and serve the report views based on the user’s privileges as well as dealing with external users.
• Collaborating with the team members to support Data Governance (Master Data Management), application architecture and DevOps operations working on regular sprints in an Agile environment.
• Getting involved in the full life-cycle of development and deployment of data feeds, reports, dashboards, stories & apps.
• Supporting and mentoring Junior team members to validate data models and schemas to ensure flawless development is achieved in front end applications.

Working for various clients on some short-term contract basis with the recommendation of some previous stakeholders on ad hoc basis.
Supporting business with the provision of Dashboards and Insights on their contract renewal processes and providing recommendation on improvising data integration processes in their Data Warehouse/ Data Lake in order to streamline the process.
Simultaneously, developing personal skills regularly by learning and completing courses on LinkedIn and other Online Resources including (Advanced Dashboard Techniques including integration with Secure Embed and Other Apps, Azure Cloud Computing and Interactive Business Architecture, Data Lake, Data Engineering Advanced Techniques, AI: Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, NLP, Automating Processes and Data Governance Principles and Best Practices etc.).

Looking after the processes and implementation of conceptual, logical, physical data models and proposing solutions on Data Engineering processes along with the MDM, Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Security framework as well as implementation of best practices on Data Visualisation for effective reports and dashboards.
Conducting full project lifecycle delivery to include requirements, design and development resulting in the data transformation & implementation of analytical solutions and capabilities that drive insights and benefits.
Creating quick wireframes to design and shape Analytics reports and dashboards based on thorough understanding on underlying data available stored in DWH and Data Lake and their implications.
Having technical discussions with the team members with through understanding on Data Engineering principles, transformation on various layers and their impact and best suited visualisation for each use case.
Demonstrable experience in providing the organisation with the Key Insights, KPIs and Targeted Metrics to measure & improve business performances/processes and supporting business in order to make informed accurate and timely decisions.
Designing, leading, managing and implementing Analytical Apps and Systems that provide automatic solutions to manual processes and improve efficiencies harnessing the power of AI/ML.
Conducting investigative analysis to determine cause, consequence & scale of data issues, gaps or anomalies.
Leading and managing Data Team to ensure we have the right data and solutions available to deliver our analytical priorities.
Delivery of meaningful Dashboards and Metrics to support the business Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting and the development of forward-thinking Strategies and Objectives with data driven solutions.
Providing regular updates on the status of each project to stakeholders and leads and managing priorities and their expectations.
Collaborating and motivating team members with positive attitude for a successful team building, developing and managing the repository of development scripts and files using industry standard DevOps procedures.
