Inventory/Returns Management: Monitor and analyze the volume and value of returns to address underlying issues. Performance Evaluation: Measure and track the performance of sales representatives (Top 10 REP) and the number of active pharmacies. Strategic Planning: Provide insights into seasonal trends (June, July, August, September) related to sales value and order volume. 🛠️ Methodology and Tools Used: Primary Tool: Microsoft Power BI (for dashboard development).
