I was in charge off all the draglines, shovels and overburden drill on the mine. The maintenance, planning and completion their off. Planned the maintenance and all major shutdowns on the machines. Worked with 3rd party contractors to assist with specific repairs and maintenance. I was responsible for everybody's safety and health in my department. Maintained a high availability on the machines and always look for ways to improve productivity.
