Develop lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives for teaching Math and Physics.
Instruct through lectures, discussions and demonstrations.
Use computers and audio-visual aids to supplement presentations.
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs of the students.
Prepare tests to train students to take the external Adapt exam (Math, Physics and Cognitive components).
Guide and assist students with aviation related games.
Assist the examiner to double check and prepare Adapt prescreening tests.
Assist the coordinator in developing the Math and Physics curriculum for each level.
Make amendments to Adapt Math/cognitive scheme of work to meet the needs and interests of the students.
Assist and guide weaker students outside the classroom in Adapt Math, Physics and Cognitive components.
Create video lessons on specific topics and upload in share point to assist students who join in the middle of the term and students who missed the lesson as well.
Provide individual feedback and group profile after Midterm and End term Assessments.
Provide academic induction to new instructors in lesson planning, planning documents and mock lessons.
Develop lesson plans at the beginning of each academic year to meet the needs and interests of the students
Instruct through lectures, group discussions and demonstrations
Use white board as the teaching tool
Prepare question papers for midterm and final exams.
Prepare worksheets for each topic covered in class to assist the students in learning.
