I am writing to express my interest in a Clinical Pathologist or Laboratory Leadership position within your medical laboratory or healthcare organization. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Pathology and bring over ten years of progressive experience across the UAE in diagnostic pathology, laboratory management, and quality governance. I am DHA, DOH, and MOH licensed, with extensive hands-on experience in accredited laboratory environments.
My professional background includes comprehensive diagnostic practice across hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology, and blood bank services, with strong emphasis on clinical correlation, result validation, and patient safety. I work closely with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure laboratory data meaningfully supports diagnosis, treatment decisions, and monitoring of patient outcomes.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, I have served in Laboratory Director and Quality Lead roles, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff competency, internal and external audits, and continuous compliance with ISO 15189 (2012 & 2022), EIAC, DHA, and JCI standards. My experience includes quality-indicator monitoring, CAPA and risk management, EQA/IQC oversight, LIS/HIS integration, and full audit readiness for regulatory inspections.

As clinical pathologist I was a member in the Covid Supporting team, which includes Occupational Health Practitioners/specialist, pathologist, GPs, Laboratory/radiology technicians, Nurses, IT Analyzers and management.As pathologist by continuing to monitor the cases and the progress of the disease by being available 24/7 to react to any emergency evoked (Patient wise or Process wise) record any change consider a health risk and provide updates as the situation continues to evolve. Securing patient safety during interpreting patients sign and symptoms, history, DD, results with their infectious status with cooperation of their treating physicians ( E.g: Chronic conditions).
