Signature verification for KYC documented.
Perform data analysis on excel to generate insights to identify patterns for credit card return.
Resolve issues related to blocked cards.
Handle processing of credit cards from maintaining detailed records, validate vault security measures to prevent unauthorized access, place credit cards for secured holding.
Validate identity of customers for opening account through KYC (know your customer)
Process customer feedback
Research and identify leads for billing services.
Building relationships with clients and manage all aspects of billing services process.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive in the market.
