As a Sub-Consultant in Economic Research Support, I conducted economic research focused on job creation opportunities arising from flood alleviation interventions. I played a key role in developing a catalogue of job types and establishing a methodology for estimating the employment impacts of proposed measures. Furthermore, I contributed to the drafting of the economic components of the project report, ensuring the inclusion of robust and well-supported analysis. Throughout the project lifecycle, I actively participated in project management meetings, briefings, and collaborative team working sessions, contributing to effective communication and project progress.

As a lecturer in the Commerce Faculty, I taught core modules to Bachelor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management students, including Quantitative Methods, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Transport Economics—achieving the highest pass rate in Quantitative Methods. I designed integrated, real-world assessments that enhanced students' writing skills and their ability to apply theory in practice. Responsible for managing and analyzing data related to the New Generation of Academics Programme (nGAP). This included entering, cleaning, and coding participant data using Excel. Conducted both qualitative and quantitative analysis of lecturers' experiences in the nGAP. Additionally, authored the annual nGAP report submitted to the Department of Higher Education and the National Research Foundation, providing insights into programme outcomes and participant feedback.
