Senior Modelling Specialist
Developed 58 category models for active & lapsed customers that generated significant incremental revenue per email sent measured across a controlled campaign assessment.
The models were deployed into BAU following the successful campaign tests.

Developed and delivered the migration scorecards to support the launch of the new EE product allowing customers to migrate smoothly from legacy T Mobile and Orange products across to EE.
Developed a new stakeholder relationship with marketing to integrate for the first time credit risk models into the decisioning of new products to customers – this directly resulted in a reduction in forced churn.
