I have joined Farah Experiences who is proud operator of amazing destinations (like Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Brothers World Abu Dhabi, Yas Water World Abu Dhabi, Clymb, ... ) to build and maintain a cutting edge bigdata platform and heading a department of business intelligence and data engineering that drive and support the business strategy and operations with data.
My main achievements so far:
- Building the cutting edge bigdata platform for all the tenants and assets that Farah Experiences operate.
- Building and maintaining My Insights platform that provides numerous business intelligence dashboards and analytics to the business.

Thanks to this solution, our in-store customer experience has been enhanced dramatically by reducing the time and steps needed to finalize the payments in store. Now in one stop the salesman can finalize the product selection and payment without the need to go to cashier.
2- Ecommerce solution Built on Azure and NopCommerce:
Full PaaS (Platform as a service) Ecommerce solution I have done on Azure cloud using NopCommerce solution.
3- Digital Printing Layer:
This is a complete API layer to serve our omni channel customers be it in-store or online to provide seamless invoicing experience (including Tax calculation). besides that it acts as a major block in data integration between our channels, partners channels and our back office and data warehouse.
4- Innovation Platform:
I have played major role in building an innovation platform initiated by our human capital department. This platform is crucial for the growth of the organization and maintaining the innovation in our DNA. As our CEO mentioned in his speech, "great innovations comes from within"

Complete intranet portal for the international company (Carrefour) covering all department in all 16 countries and over 210 stores the company operates in.
Complete solution to generate sales invoices with lots of reporting and analysis.
The system is designed to work in all Carrefour branches and consolidate the data and reporting in the central data warehouse in the international head office.
Central web system for automating the Internal Audit reports follow-up for all business units with the ability to do benchmarking and reporting in all countries.
Is an online personal profile management for all employees to enable the employees from filling and updating their own competences.
Management will use the valuable information for finding potentials and performance appraisals.
An online system to manage and follow-up defected items in the after sales services counters in all branches.
The system is capable of registering complaints and tracking the case till it has been repaired by the supplier and sent back to the customer.
With more than 38000 employees, Carrefour has a lot of potentials in the internal workforce to fill in the needed new vacancies.
Hence IRS has been developed in order to manage all vacancies and find the suitable candidates from all company’s branches.
The system is provided with full recruitment process from the time the candidate applied till hiring the accepted candidate.
