Reviewing all technical submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, RFP’s, MS’s, ITP’s and method of statement, plus inspecting materials and work on site for architecture and landscape works while coordinating between all trades, doing this considering time schedule and project specs and contracts.

Responsible for all the architectural and landscape works (technical, supervision and coordination) for this project.

Implementing all the structural works to ensure its complying with specs and standards.
Using total station to determine buildings locations.
Managing the issues for technical submittals (shop drawings, MIRs, RFIs ….etc).
Attending the progress and technical meeting, to solve any pending issues.
Monitor the works productivity comparing with the project time schedule.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

Responsible for all the architectural works for this project.
Worked closely with contractors on site ensuring that the works of exterior and interior finishing stages for residential buildings are carried out to specific standards and that the buildings are sustainable and functional.

Reporting to the CM for any site works defects.
