Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Administration & Development
- Manage and administer the complete Zoho suite across all group companies.
- Design develop and maintain custom workflows automations and business processes.
- Configure and customize Zoho applications including:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Desk
- Zoho People
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Forms
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Sign
- Zoho Campaigns
- Other Zoho One applications as required.
- Develop custom applications and modules using Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator.
Workflow Optimization
- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design and implement end-to-end business process improvements.
- Build approval workflows lead management systems customer onboarding journeys service delivery workflows and reporting structures.
- Ensure consistency of processes across multiple countries and business units.
System Integration
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms.
- Integrate Zoho with:
- Government portals
- Accounting systems
- Telephony systems
- Payment gateways
- Real estate portals
- HR and payroll systems
- Marketing platforms
- Internal business applications
- Utilize APIs webhooks middleware and custom integration frameworks.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build management dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
- Develop automated reports for leadership teams.
- Monitor business performance metrics across departments and locations.
- Improve data quality governance and reporting accuracy.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with management teams across:
- UAE
- Oman
- Saudi Arabia
- India
- Gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
- Document workflows system architecture and implementation processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with new Zoho features and releases.
- Recommend technology improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across all group companies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 47 years of hands-on Zoho development and administration experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Deluge Scripting
- Zoho One ecosystem
- API integrations
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of CRM ERP business process management and automation principles.
- Experience working with multi-company and multi-country business environments.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a business consulting management consulting corporate services or business setup industry.
- Experience supporting organizations with multiple business verticals.
- Exposure to:

Required Skills:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform internal audits of the companys financial operational and compliance-related activities. Adherence to UAE KSA and Oman accounting standards as well as internal policies and procedures. Develop audit strategies and execute audit plans to identify areas of improvement. Prepare audit findings and actionable recommendations to senior management ensuring clarity and accuracy. Assess the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems providing insights for continuous improvement. Liaise with external auditors ensuring seamless cooperation during annual audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in auditing. Prepare review and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and receipts. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Mentor and guide junior accountants and finance staff. Provide training and support as needed. Develop and implement improvements in accounting procedures and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management and stakeholders. Ensure proper filing and organization of financial records.
