Warehouse Supervisor – Fleet Management

• Should have a full knowledge of fleet managementsystem.
• Toensurethatthe Truck turnaroundtimeisalways maintainedtofacilitateoptimal loading time.
• Ensurethatthedriversfillthelogbookandtakestheacknowledgmentformsandthereceivinglocations inthelogbook.
• Toensurethatthedriversare rotatedandoptimallyusedacrossthelocationsatalltimes.
• Toensurethattheservicehistoryofthetrucksaremaintainedandthevehicleismaintainedclean byallthedrivers atall thetimes.
• Toensurethattimelyservicingofthetrucksaredonebasedonthekilometerreading.
• Toensurethattheintershoptransfersareproperlyredirectedtotheconcernedlocations.
• To ensure that the Dollies / GOH / Pallets are loaded carefully by each loading staff in order toprevent any damages.
• Toensurethatgoodstransferdocumentsareproperlyhandedovertothedriverforhandingover tothereceivinglocationsfortallyingthequantumreceived.
• Tosuperviseandmonitorthemovementofthedriversinsuchawaythatthedriversaredrivingonlytoapre-assigneddestinationthussetupcontrolstoidentifyimmediately
• FollowSOPonallthetasksthatareperformed.

Requirements

• Graduate with good oral and writtencommunication skills in English
• Min 4-5yrs experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
• Should have a goodsupervisory skills, people management
• Must be having problem solving and trouble shooting approach and skills.
