JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Attends and represents his staff at Housekeeping meetings, maintaining effective communication within the Department.
Ensures all staff assigned to him/her, starts on time, clean in clean and orderly uniforms, shoes and name badges, understand that they represent the Hotel.
Sees that assigned hours of work are maintained and meal times schedules properly, reporting any misconduct immediately.
Is responsible for proper Room Attendant assignments, full accomplishment of rooms, allocations of extra duties to the number of rooms they have, considering necessary changes for Room Attendant sections to cope with sudden check in/out.
