Design and develop a career development strategy.
Determine the schedule for career development activities during the year.
Providing individual and group career advice to students regarding job search strategies and communicating with employers.
Develop the skills of creating a biographical sketch, a CV, and conducting interviews.
Plan and hold career development workshops, lectures and meetings and collaborate with student clubs to meet the career development needs of students.
Collaborate with higher education institutions, in particular industrial and technical colleges, to develop and provide educational/training opportunities for students.
Facilitating and providing learning opportunities prevalent in the labor market.
Evaluating CVs and personal interviews.
Administer career and academic assessments and utilize the results to help students make realistic career decisions.
Contribute to student employment.
Organizing employment fairs.
Participate in other tasks assigned by the Dean.
General Terms:
Three years experience in career development/human resources, youth development and training.
Mastering the skills of using MS Office Suite.
