We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Warehouse Supervisor in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Logistics & Warehousing sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Supervise inbound put-away replenishment picking packing and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Train mentor and schedule warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
- Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Track warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate returns management and inventory movement activities.
Required Skills
- Warehouse Operations Management Managing end-to-end warehouse processes.
- Inventory Control Maintaining stock accuracy and reconciliation.
- WMS/ERP Systems Working in technology-driven warehouse environments.
- Team Leadership Supervising and motivating warehouse associates.
- FIFO/FEFO Knowledge Ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced warehouse process improvement knowledge.
- Exposure to large-scale distribution centers.
- Reporting and KPI analysis skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehouse operations. Experience managing teams of 2050 warehouse associates and handling inventory-driven environments is required.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Operations or related field (typical)
- Preferred: Supply Chain Management certification (typical)
- Additional Certifications: Warehouse Operations / Inventory Management Certifications (typical)
