We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Warehouse Supervisor in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Logistics & Warehousing sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  
• Supervise inbound put-away replenishment picking packing and dispatch activities.
  
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
  
• Train mentor and schedule warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
  
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
  
• Implement quality control checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
  
• Track warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  
• Coordinate returns management and inventory movement activities.
  

Required Skills

1. Warehouse Operations Management Managing end-to-end warehouse processes.
   
2. Inventory Control Maintaining stock accuracy and reconciliation.
   
3. WMS/ERP Systems Working in technology-driven warehouse environments.
   
4. Team Leadership Supervising and motivating warehouse associates.
   
5. FIFO/FEFO Knowledge Ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management.
   

Preferred Skills

• Advanced warehouse process improvement knowledge.
  
• Exposure to large-scale distribution centers.
  
• Reporting and KPI analysis skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehouse operations. Experience managing teams of 2050 warehouse associates and handling inventory-driven environments is required.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Operations or related field (typical)
  
• Preferred: Supply Chain Management certification (typical)
  
• Additional Certifications: Warehouse Operations / Inventory Management Certifications (typical)
