About this role

The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages the strategictechnologypartnerships with BlackRock Solutions clients globally. ACE serves as the senior trusted interface between clients and the Aladdin business with accountability for value delivery platform adoption andlong termcommercial outcomes.

This rolerepresentsa seniorclient facingleadership position coveringTier1 Middle East institutions including large asset owners and institutional investors. The successful candidate willoperateata senior levelshaping strategic dialogue influencing operating models and ensuring AladdineFrontand WPS are embedded asmission criticalplatforms across clients Public and Private Markets investment lifecycles.

Role Scope & Accountability

As part of one of BlackRocksfastest growingbusinesses you will combine deep investment lifecycleexpertisewith strong commercial judgment and executive presence. You will own thefront to backclient relationship balancing strategic advisory delivery ownership and commercial growth across a complex stakeholder landscape. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of ACE in Middle East

In this capacity you will act as the senior owner of the client relationship with full accountability for value delivery platform adoption andlong termcommercial outcomes across Public and Private Markets.

You will engage directly with senior stakeholders at Tier1 Middle East institutions shaping strategic discussions influencing operating models and ensuring AladdineFrontand WPS are embedded as core components of the clients investment and operating infrastructure. The role requires strong judgment executive presence and theability to balance strategic advisory withhands onownership of delivery escalation management and internal coordination across product engineering and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Ownership

Own senior client relationships across Tier1 Middle East institutions acting as the primary point of accountability for value realization and relationship health

Drive platform adoption and commercial outcomes across AladdineFrontand WPS contributing directly to account growth renewals and expansion opportunities

Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate strategicobjectivesinto measurable outcomes that strengthenlong termpartnership

Value Delivery & Platform Adoption

Ensurehigh qualityfront to backvalue delivery across Public and Private Markets covering investments risk operations technology and data

Act as a trusted advisor to clients across the whole portfolio solving complex analytical and operating challenges

Drive engagement campaigns andend useradoption initiatives to deepen platform penetration within client organizations

Internal Leadership & Orchestration

Build strong internal relationships across AladdinandeFrontproduct engineeringtransformationand support teamsto deliver coordinated client outcomes

Influence platform evolution bychannelingclient needs and market insights into the product roadmap

Lead escalation management and ensure delivery standards are consistently met across complex multistakeholder environments

Market & Growth Contribution

Support regionalgo to marketinitiatives and contribute to the growth of BlackRock Solutions across the Middle East

Represent the Aladdin platform credibly with sophisticated institutional clients reinforcing BlackRocks differentiated value proposition

Required Experience & Profile

Significant experiencein Financial Services Financial Technology Consulting or theBuySide with exposure to complex institutional clients

Strong understanding ofPrivate Marketsand Public Marketsoperating models workflows and technology across the full investment lifecycle from front to back office

Proven ability tooperateas a senior client owner balancing strategic advisory delivery accountability and commercial judgment

Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally

High personal accountability ownership mindset and comfortoperatinginfast pacedhig hintensityenvironments

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in consulting project management or client relationship management roles within financial technology

Demonstrated ability to deliver large complex programs across multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
