Villa Supervisor (UHNWI VVIP) Abu Dhabi
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Villa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a private villa for a prominent UHNWI family in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a full household team ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining smooth villa operations. This role requires someone with a strong hospitality background preferably with butler experience and accustomed to working in high-expectation UHNWI households.
This is a live-in role managing one villa with a team of staff and requires a candidate who is organized firm proactive and able to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Household & Staff Management
Supervise and lead a team of employees including:
Prepare weekly duty rosters and shift schedules.
Ensure all staff deliver high-quality service and maintain discipline and professionalism.
Conduct regular training performance checks and task monitoring.
Villa Operations
Oversee day-to-day villa functionality cleanliness and readiness at all times.
Handle household logistics procurement requests and operational coordination.
Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs or planned works.
Butler & VIP Support
Act as a butler during VIP meetings important gatherings or special family requirements.
Ensure proper service etiquette guest handling and protocol aligned with UHNWI expectations.
Family Protocol & Security Coordination
Enforce villa rules and privacy protocols including:
No staff entry to the family area after a certain time
When family members visit only designated staff may access assigned areas.
Maintain discretion confidentiality and high sensitivity to family privacy.
Household Coordination
Work closely with the family representative and report directly to HR.
Ensure smooth communication between staff and the family.
Support the daily operational needs of an active family with high movement.
Additional Notes
Not involved in event planning or organizingthis is handled by third-party providers.
Must be flexible with schedule; one day off weekly (day not fixed).
Must live within the villa compound as part of the role.
Candidate must have experience managing large teams in private households or luxury hospitality environments.
