Position Summary
The Valet Attendant is the first and last point of contact for our guests responsible for delivering a warm efficient and professional parking experience. The role combines guest service vehicle handling and front-of-house presence ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the standards of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all arriving guests promptly and courteously opening doors and assisting with luggage as needed. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently following all property and traffic regulations. Maintain an organized key management system and accurate logs of all vehicles parked. Inspect each vehicle for pre-existing damage upon arrival and document accordingly. Ensure the driveway and entrance area remain clean orderly and free of congestion at all times. Provide directions recommendations and general information to guests when requested. Coordinate with front desk concierge and security teams to ensure smooth guest flow. Respond to guest concerns or complaints with professionalism escalating to a supervisor when needed. Adhere to all safety uniform and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (manual and automatic) with a clean record.
- Minimum 3-4 years of valet driving or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to drive a wide range of vehicles including luxury and high-performance models.
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Professional appearance and a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to stand walk and run for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and standardize HR policies and procedures. Oversee and improve key HR processes such as onboarding offboarding and performance evaluations. Monitor compliance with employment laws regulations and company policies. Generate HR analytics reports to identify trends inform decision-making and recommend process improvements.
Required Education:
