Operate meat processing equipment safely. Monitor product quality and freshness. Follow food safety and health regulations at all times. Requirements Previous experience as a Butcher. Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Immediate availability is preferred.
