Tray Fabricator

• Fabricate cable trays including ladder type perforated type and accessories.
• Perform cutting bending drilling welding and assembly of tray components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings sketches and material schedules.
• Mark out materials accurately as per dimensions and specifications.
• Assemble tray sections joints bends tees reducers and fittings.
• Ensure proper alignment dimensions and finishing quality of fabricated items.
• Work with materials such as GI sheets MS sheets and aluminum where applicable.
• Coordinate with site installation team for fabrication requirements.
• Maintain fabrication tools machinery and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow quality standards and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures in workshop and site environment.

Qualifications :

• 26 years of experience in HVAC / MEP fabrication works.
• ITI / relevant educational background.
• Strong experience in metal fabrication work (preferably cable trays / MEP works).
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
• Basic welding/fitting knowledge (TIG/MIG/arc welding advantage).
• Good understanding of measurements angles and alignment.
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site conditions.
