Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster long-term relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Curate and deliver leisure travel experiences tailored to clients expectations and budgets.
  • Support clients throughout their entire booking journey from inquiry to trip completion.
  • Handle multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues vendors and DMCs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.


Requirements

Skills & Expertise:

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 at least one GDS system Hotel BedBanks and DMC interactions.
  • Comfort with CRM software online booking platforms and virtual client engagement tools.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Passion for travel and a desire to learn about new destinations and cultures.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and time zone differences.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-5 years in sales and operations at a travel agency or tour operator specializing in customized international holidays (with knowledge of air travel and visa facilitation).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
