Technical Delivery Lead

15 years of experience in technology delivery with at least 5 years in a delivery lead technical project
management or senior scrum master role on digital banking or fintech programmes.
Demonstrable technical background either through prior software engineering solution architecture or
technical business analysis experience sufficient to engage as a credible peer with developers architects
and platform teams on technical delivery questions.
Proven delivery experience on programmes spanning mobile application development (iOS and Android)
REST API platforms microservices architectures and integrations with core banking or enterprise systems.
Expert command of delivery management disciplines: work breakdown structures dependency mapping
RAID management milestone planning critical path analysis and agile delivery ceremonies.
Strong experience managing integration delivery complexity understanding how digital systems connect to
core banking platforms and the specific delivery risks this introduces (API versioning contract testing
sandbox availability change window constraints).
Experience managing multi-squad multi-workstream digital delivery programmes with concurrent
dependencies across platform infrastructure QA and business stakeholder teams.
Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines App Store release processes and the delivery constraints specific to
native mobile application development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field. PMP
Prince2 SAFe certification preferred.
Prior experience in the same domain or hands-on familiarity with the specific technologies relevant to this role
will be considered a significant advantage during candidate evaluation.
