Job Summary
- Supervise MEP installation and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and project managers
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Site supervision experience
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Understanding of safety regulations
- Communication and leadership skills
- GCC experience
- Project management exposure
- AutoCAD or relevant technical tools
- Minimum 5 years in MEP supervision
- Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
